Return & Complains

Returns steps

1. Select the products to return

Return all or only selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to return them.

2. Enter the details of the shipment

Check the data “pulled” from your order and fill in the missing information: including the form of shipment, type of packaging and date of shipment.

3. Pack and send the package

Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Give the package to the courier, take it to a parcel machine or a shipping point. The products will be returned to the store.

Remember to put the receipt and statement of withdrawal in the package. You can download the statement here: Withdrawal form. If you use another form, be sure to include your account number and fill in your name legibly. This will speed up the refund. You can send your statement of withdrawal from the purchase contract to the following e-mail address: [email protected].
The 14-day return period is determined by the date of sending the e-mail with the statement sent or the date of sending the return package. Returned goods must be complete (including tags) and must not bear signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will have to send it back at your expense.

We will transfer the money for the returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The form of refund depends on the method of payment chosen when placing the order. If the order was paid by immediate transfer, we will make the refund in the same way. In case of partial return of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to the Store. If the order was paid for and not received, we will refund the value of the order less the cost of return shipping.
